Tried installing 1.6, as i couldn't get 1.5 to work with seo, but I got this error message:

Warning: require_once(/home/thisscom/public_html/administrator/components/com_kunena/api.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/thisscom/public_html/administrator/components/com_kunena/admin.kunena.php on line 29

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/thisscom/public_html/administrator/components/com_kunena/api.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php') in /home/thisscom/public_html/administrator/components/com_kunena/admin.kunena.php on line 29

any ideas?

Edit, if you check my posts, I've had nothing but problems with junenea, which is a shame as i think its great. But i'm going to see what other forums are avaiable! :(

retrojc: Xillibit is actually 100% correct when he says that you need to read K 1.6 Technical Requirements .

Even more importantly, you should read K 1.6 Installation Guide .

Do you want to know how long it takes to build a complete website with Joomla, SEO, a 100% fully working Kunena discussion forum and fully backed up? It should take you no more than 1 hour 15 minutes. It's true; I've done it. If you're using a Fantastico script to install Joomla, you can probably cut about 45 minutes off that time. But it does depend on the answer to this question: Which came first: the template or the forum?
