Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

This category is for K 1.7 issues only.

Question I attempted to upgrade to K 1.6 and this is what I got

This is not normally how you would install other Joomla extensions.

Do you know how to install Joomla extensions? Joomla provides three ways for you to install Joomla extensions:

(1) You can copy the installation kit from this website to your PC and then use the first option to upload the .ZIP file to your website and the installation process will continue from that point.

(2) You can copy the installation kit to your temporary directory and you can install it from there (whether you use the compressed or uncompressed version).

(3) You can install Kunena by pointing your website to the URL of this website where the installation kit is located.
