Question upgrade failed Fatal error: Class 'KunenaRouter' not found in>>

I tried to upgrade from 1.6 to 1.6.2 ...
after finish and when I open the forum this error apears:

Fatal error: Class 'KunenaRouter' not found in /home/ahebataz/public_html/components/com_kunena/funcs/latestx.php on line 150

I reupload the router.php file and the error gone ... but the forum is still close for construction (Forum is currently closed for maintenance) !!

In kunena configuration panel, you have a configuration setting do set forum offline or not.

it is currently set to not ..But when I want to browse the forum is closed for maintenance

Why you don't set it to on ?
