Hi, i have a similar problem - i am on 1.6.1 now. The permissions in my files are right.
the package in the earlier post contains a 390 byte router.php - using this file to replace the file in the installed component results in a blank website and php errors...
My error log shows
Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /components/com_kunena/router.php on line 150
every now and then...
Any help welcome
Kind regards

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

The router.php file has a weight of 10 Kbytes, try with this one :

I still get
"Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/[username]/public_html/components/com_kunena/router.php on line 150"
It looks like the file you supplied is the same one that is supplied with the original upgrade package to 1.6.1, that caused the original error. They are the exact same size.

I am seeing the same problem with the 390 byte file supplied in the original package referenced "com_kunena_v1.6.1_b3858_2010-11-06" - site goes down
