I understand what's going on: everything is fine if the site is viewed using Firefox; there is only an issue if the site is viewed using Internet Explorer 8. Your site template is not optimally designed for IE but you can work around the problem by using IE8's "compatibility mode". If you use compatibility mode then everything works.
At the moment I only have two alternative solutions for you:
(1) Place a notice on the home page of your website informing your users that, if they are using IE 8, they need to view your website with "compatibility mode" on.
(2) Contact the developer of your site template (looks like it might be a variant of Rockettheme) and inform them of the problem.

Hello,
Well it seems there are more issues with this then i thought... the new fourms pages seem to create a moo-tools error on my site if i go to any page of my site the site is perfect, however if i go to the forums section and touch any button with a fly out i get a moo-tools 1.2 error. I somehow think the two are related.
Anyways i never use IE8 compatibility with my site as the site is fine without it. Does the new Kunena have to use the moo-tools 1.2 or is it possible for it to use the previous version? It would be handy to and a configurable option in the admin area to select if you want to use moo-tools 1.1 or 1.2 even if it means we would lose some features to use the older version still the option might be an idea.
I have posted in the Rocket themes website to see if they have any ideas on how to solve this.
Thanks for your help so far...
