Question Slovenian Language and charset

I have partially translated from english to slovenia, basically just changing the en-GB.com_kunena and then saving it to /language/sl-SI/sl-SI.com_kunena . That did the trick. But i have another question, some of the letters are displayed wrong, i think its something about charset i guess. On these letters(š,č,ž) i get just question sign.
Example: "Uporabni�ko Ime"

Does anybody have an idea where i could fix that. :blush:

Found solution, its written at the top of language file ( :pinch: ).

Note : All ini files need to be saved as UTF-8 - No BOM
