Question Post count gifs are missing

The little round gifs underneath everyone's avatar are missing on my newly upgraded forum, any ideas?

I don't suppose anyone knows why the little round GIF images are missing from underneath the avatars on the forum?

I appreciate the suggestion, unfortunately that didn't work. In fact I don't think that has anything to do with the images does it? That is just to do with post count and not the actual images. There is actually. I have made sure I have enabled "use rank images"in "ranks", however this doesn't make any difference. It's a little bit baffling, there is no problem with my other website, the little round gifts are visible. Also,in "rank settings" in "use rank images" it says "Set to Yes if you want to show the rank registered users have using an image (from components/com_kunena/ranks). Turning this off will show the text for that rank. Check the documentation on docs.kunena.com for more information on ranking images. " there is no such folder containing images if you follow these instructions.

I tested on my site and if user statics is turned off my rank image does not show as well.
