Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Question Succesful upgrade

These forums tend to be full so of horror stories about difficulties some people have had upgrading to 1.6 I thought MUST report my own experience.
Today I upgraded a site I manage ( www.webtrees.net ) from K1.5.9 to 1.6. It took about 30 minutes, including backing up old version, and all the Kunena tables (as advised). It went ABSOLUTELY FLAWLESSLY!!!
I know how hard writing a good upgrade routine can be - so huge congratulations to the whole Kunena team. A job very well done, thanks.

Thank you so much for your story, mate. I've spent about 8 hours today, sifting through the questions; 6½ hours yesterday and about the same the day before that. It's really very gratifying to see stories when things go right and, basically, things go right 95% of the time. It's only the handful of cases that we encounter here when users have not taken the necessary precautions and they've landed in trouble.
