Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Im waiting for the migration plugin to be release but fully understand that the release of your J!1.7 have taken all your focus.

My question is - can I install 1.6.5 and play with it in my dev-site?

Or should I wait for the release package?

In other words how is the migration plugin set to work?

Will it be from a fresh vanilla install you do the migration or is it more a import function that you can do any time?

Hello,

It's not a plugin , it's component. It's better to have a clean kunena installation before doing the importation.
I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

Ahh sorry - im pretty new.

For me a plugin is a add-on - but here you have modules, components and plugin, never mind.

If I install and set up integration with jomSocial etc will I not be able to do the migration later on? Or can I just empty the category thing in the database...
