Excuse me, why is the bar below my post cropped as seen in the image?
How to fix this?

I was mistaken. The problem is not with your site template. You are not using a Kunena template compatible with K 1.6.3. Please use the Blue Eagle template or contact the person who designed/developed the Kunena template that you are using. That should fix your problem.

I have tried using blue eagle but that doesn't fix the problem. Any better advices?

You are not using the standard, unmodified Blue Eagle template. Your site looks no different now than when I last looked at it. Please use the Blue Eagle template and let us know when you have done that. Then we will look at your site again. Thank you.
