Today I decided to install Kunena as the forum for Jomsocial. However the text on the main menu has like doubled up and is making it blurry. Here

Everything else is set to default. Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution to fix this? I did do a search before I posted this, but I could not find anything similar.

i visited your site, i "think" that caused by your rockettheme juxta template. try to use default Joomla! 1,5 (rhuk milkway) and see there must be fine about your blurry menu.

I am using

Joomla 2.5.4
Rocket Theme - Kinetic v1.6.1
JomSocial 2.4.2
Kunena 1.7.2 | 2012-01-31 | 5215 [ Omega ]

The Kunena menu is fuzzy. Only the Menu tabs everything else works fine

I have posted this same issue at the Kunena forum as well. I would like the RT teams opinion of how to fix this.

The URL for the issue is jgpproductions.us/forum

The only customization made has been to the Logo and a few other images to create a uniform look for this site. No changes have been made to any php or css files.

If someone would like admin access to help with this let me know i will make an account and get you the permissions.

Hello PokerJoe,

Find your kinetic template.css yoursite\templates\rt_kinetic\css\template.css

Add the following code and it should resolve the text shadow.
Code:
#Kunena #ktab a span { text-shadow: none; }

using K 1.7.2 with YooTheme Cloud, Safari on a Mac

I've set up the Kunena forum within the Cloud template with no problems... however all the headers and white text within these headers appear very blurred... almost as if they are in a double BOLD situation... not very easy on the eyes...

I've looked into the css files and changed several options (one at a time) from BOLD to normal... but no changes appear... I have been doing this in the kunena.forum.css file...

should I be making these changes elsewhere?

never mind... got it... I turned off text-shadow element in the breadcrumbs section of the layout.css file from the Cloud template... other items inherit this code but it is not necessary that they do...

all category headers are now crystal clear... except for the Who Is Online which must drag in the text-shadow from somewhere else?
