I added some smilies and they do not wrap in Internet Explorer. That distorts the screen and disables the features on the left side.

Is there a fix for this?

G'day, ricslady, and welcome to Kunena.

Your problem is unusual (I don't think I've seen any other reports like this before) but it's not unsurprising. To some extent the issues may depend on which version of Internet Explorer that you are using (that's the unsurprising part). Aside from this, it might help if we could see how these additional smilies of yours have managed to mess up the website layout - the forum template, in particular - and what you might need to do to correct the problem.

Obviously we can't see smileys unless you're trying to post a messgage ... and you can' post a message unless you are logged-in to your website. Would it be possible for you to arrange a test user account for those purposes. You may prefer to provide the account details encased in the confidential tags, thus:
Code:
[confidential]Username: Password:[/confidential]
I would also like to see how certain features are disabled because of adding a couple of smileys in Kunena. I've not heard of that before.

I pm'd you the login.

I also have a problem with the gender, etc. It displays everyone as unknown.

I shall look at this issue soon.

This is an entirely different question. Please, let's not complicate the issue by introducing new issues into this one. OK?

The fix is fairly easy (although things take a little longer to find in Internet Explorer because IE doesn't as easy-to-use developer's tools like other browsers (Firefox, Google Chrome, for example) have. You won't see this problem in Firefox, either.

Add the following lines to your site template:

div#smilie {
overflow: auto;
}

I still did not see what "features on the left" are disabled. Perhaps you would be good enough to point those out to us?
