Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.
Question [RESOLVED] I made changes to my Kunena template and now I cannot add an announcement

I have read, read, and read some more on how to get announcements to work. I have set the announcements to "yes" in the control panel, and set user ID's. I did everything in this link docs.kunena.com/index.php/Kunena_Announcements .So my question is...I go to the announcements link at the top...then it takes me to the announcements page. From there it all ends. I see no where I can add an announcement. I have attached a screenshot with notes.
I am using Kunea 1.6, rockettheme Omnicron template, mootools upgrade enabled, and connected to jomsocial. Again I followed the directions in the Wiki to the letter. Any thoughts on how this works...just dont know how to add an announcement.

we have a javascript driven feature called "build titles spans" which allows for multicolored titles in many of our templates, but this seems to be conflicting with the profile edit function in kunena.
in our gantry driven templates (all templates released starting dec2009) this feature can be disabled in the joomla admin under > extensions > template manager > rt_dominion_j15 (or whichever template) > advanced > build titles spans = OFF
Thanks again..

Any ideas on what is doing this. Using mootools 1.2 with joomla 1.5.22 Rockettheme pandecea template with the "Build Titles Spans" turned off in the template. Still no luck...
Thanks for any suggestions...I added a screen shot...

Thanks, yes I read that and searched the forum...no luck. As I mentioned in my last post, I have announcements turned on in the admin and have the user id's for the members to access it...
any other ideas?
Thanks James
