Idea Header Colour won't change J1.6, Kunena 1.6.4

I have followed the top sticky post instructions & the header section (Index, Recent Topics, Rules etc etc) remains stubonly blue despite everything else going the correct green colour. The sticky said it was to be fixed in v1.6.1, did it not happen or am I doing something stupid?

To indent the header text I have made the following changes to the CSS
kunena.forum-min.css

#Kunena .kheader h2,#Kunena .kheader h2 a{font-weight:bold;margin-bottom:0;padding:0;}
Becomes
#Kunena .kheader h2{text-indent:50px;}#Kunena .kheader h2 a{font-weight:bold;margin-bottom:0;padding:0;}

& In kunena.forum.css

Cannot find a forum at the URL given in the K 1.6 configuration report. You must have your forum running from a folder within your domain - the report does not give us that information. Would you like to give us the URL details, please?
