Question Sticky Background Color

Hello.

I have 2 screenshots uploaded here as attachments. One is showing the difference between a normal post and a sticky. The second one is what firebug is showing me.

I am trying to make that white background sticky, well, not white.
I also cannot edit the file referenced by firebug because it is not a CSS file - it is generated locally.

I've looked all over for some sort of solution here but really can't find an answer.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

That first line, the one that says "8-raid...temid=0 (line 60)", if you hover over that link it should give You the name of that css file, no? If it does, look on line 60 of that fille and change the #ffffff to #000000 or whatever color You want.
