Question Help filling in colors for permament template overide

Severdia wrote the following which is very very helpful, but I don't know what colors to place in the various postions to match my current template. I still have not upgraded because of all the various requirements needed to keep the current site look and feel. Can someone please review my site and help me fill this out. Thanks so much! -Mike

Ah sozzled, master moderator. I know, I know...firebug is easy peasy and can solve all my template problems...Point me a good firebug tutorial and I won't bother you with these questions as much...
