Kunena 7.0.5 & Kunena 6.4.11 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.5 [K 7.0.5] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.

The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the eleventh version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

An excellent solution. Problem is the transparancies. I would need to switch in a different set of PNGs for Kunena as well.

but it is proabbaly a moot point. I widened the while page to 1024 which gained me 44 pixels to add to the center pane. You should see the site with the underwater background - makes all the hassles of working with transparant BGs worth while. Heck, I'll switch to that BG for you right now so you can see it if you are interested.

I also realized that my advertisers would probably appreciate the narrower forum more than their ads (right col) disappearing. so, I'm gunna squeeze the center pane for another 20 or so pixels and call it good.

sure do appreicate your time and advice. I really needed to explore that idea fully before committing to a narrow kunena and your words helped me do that.
