Hi,

I would like to allow guest user's to post new Topics but without any selection of category, that's why I want to hide the category drop down from guest users. Is this possible in Kunena Forum.

Please help how can I achieve this functionality.

Hi,

yes, it is possible with a bit of css code, but in that case you shouldn't use "New Topic" tab menu becouse all new topics created with this menu will go to your first category.

Add this rule to your Main Joomla Template css file
Code:
#Kunena tr#kpost-category { display:none !important; }

Regards
