Kunena 7.0.6 & Kunena 6.4.12 – Security Updates Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.6 [K 7.0.6] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0.
The Kunena team is also pleased to announce the twelfth version of Kunena 6.4, a native Joomla extension for Joomla! 5.0, 5.1, 5.2, 5.3, 5.4 and 6.0.

I think it would help all of us if we knew what version of Kunena you are talking about, what is this "theme" that you downloaded (are we talking about a Joomla site template or a Kunena template?) and maybe a picture or access to your website to see the situation at first-hand. Do you think you might be able to do those few things for us, please?

First of all, this is placed in Kunena 1.6, so I have that version (RC2).

Theme was something perzian / Found on the same website as this came from:

Please contact the developer of that template that you are using and ask the developer how to make the changes that you want. We don't support that template that you're using, sorry. 
Further, those aren't "images" instead of text in your second illustration. What you have shown is perfectly good RTL Arabic script.
