Kunena 6.4.9 & Kunena 7.0.1 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 6.4.9 [K 6.4.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 6.4

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.1 [K 7.0.1] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.0.x/5.1.x/5.2.x/5.3.x/5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Important note: Go to the Kunena Dashboard after an upgrade so that the Kunena database tables are also updated. This is particularly necessary for major version jumps so that the table changes are adapted.

If you hide these things (both at the top and the bottom) then you won't be able to moderate your forum properly and your users won't be able to subscribe, make favourites, or post new topics.

Is that what you want to do?

The buttons have different meaning to those that are in the posts. You will see the difference best in Kunena 2.0 with threaded mode enabled and active.

It does not appear that that you can hide just top set of functions using CSS. You could try editing the PHP source code and remove the first call that generates the <table class="klist-actions"> in the HTML.
