Question Templates and Artisteer

This is something that has been bugging me for some time in that certain things have a habit of appearing, disappearing or becoming unusable with Joomla templates made with Artisteer.

I don't think it's the fault of kunena or the template designers around here either, I think it has a lot to do with how Artisteer does the joomla CSS. With that in mind, knowing that artisteer tend to mark all their css with an art- suffix, what things would interfere with the forum templates and what would be a good alternative to use there to prevent css files overlapping?

Things I've seen Artisteers joomla css overwrite have been, fonts, table boarders, category icons. For an example, part of a site I help run is public, so you can see for yourselves .
