Question 500 Internal Server Error

I am hoping that there is someone that can help me. I have a small gardening website that uses Kunena forums - Version 1.6.4. I have contacted my developer but no go. Our server host suggested we contact the forums to see if anyone else is experiencing the same problem. I really hate that it's the weekend and the forums are down. Thank you.

There may be issues involving the versions of JomSocial and sh404SEF - I don't know, I don't use these things - and you should check that you are using the latest versions. You should also upgrade Kunena Latest 1.6.0-RC2 (go to the download page).

To help us further, would you please enable Joomla debug mode (Global Configuration » System » Debug Settings » Debug System = Yes) and tell us if this gives you more information, please.

I turned on debug - I thought I had the most current version 1.6.4

Yes, Paula, you have the most recent version of Kunena but you have an outdated version of the Kunena Latest module.

The error was detected in the Yoo Switch template.

This error message means that you have a problem with the Yoo Switch Template. For some reason this cannot be used with Kunena. Are there any options with the Yoo Switch template that allow you to use a different menuing system?

I suggest you contact YOOTheme to enquire about a more up-to-date version of their template.
