Important [Resolved] Total user count wrong

Please can someone help me ?

I have spent 4 days trying to get my problem fixed and can't !!!

I am using hp la 1.5.22 and the latest 1.6.4 release of kunena.

The total user count is not correct and does not show the actual amount of users.
When you click on the user list it shows 54 by the total count shows 49 , every time a new member register it gies down and them sometimes back up to 50!!!!!

I have done all the suggestions that I could find regarding this but none have worked!

Is it possible to remove the total users from the stats box? And Maby have a module that could be published to show the total users and latest member?

Please please someone help me as the kunena forum is brilliant but the total users is causing me a nightmare, when starting a new forum and potential members see the total users going down is not good!

I have noticed that when you click on the userlist at the top of the page it shows the correct amount of registered users??

I really am desperate to either fix the issue or remover that line that says total users from the bottom of the stats box

Maybe you could try this:

Add the following three lines to your Joomla site template CSS:

#Kunena ul#kstatslistleft li, #Kunena ul#kstatslistright li {
display: none;
}

There are no banned or blocked users and there is only 1 administrator and 2 moderators

I have clicked on all 4 check boxes in the sync users in kunena and it made not difference. I have noticed that when someone registers, sometimes the figure actually goes down by one :blink:

I have also cleared and emptied the joomla cache.

I have also uninstalled SH404SEF to see if that made a difference and no joy :S
