I am running Joomla 1.6 with CB and Kunena 1.6.4

When I go to the forum on my menu I get the commant "There are no categories in the section!" if I am not signed in. If I am signed in it will go to the forum as hopped for. At this point I have clicked so many buttons in the three configurations I dont know where I an at.

I have obviously turned something on/off by mistake. Any help would be great.

Thanks

Hello,

I have looked you site and i don't see where is the issue actually, except that you haven't a kunena menu.

These docs should help you : docs.kunena.org/index.php/Sections%2C_Ca...egories_%28Part_1%29 and docs.kunena.org/index.php/Sections%2C_Ca...p_for_special_groups

I don't provide support by PM, because this can be useful for someone else.

xillibit is right. The answers are contained in those two Wiki articles.

Usually this problem is caused by setting "registered users" as the minimum access level required to see the category. Visitors to your forum, people who have not yet logged-in, are not considered "registered users" until they have logged-in. That's probably why you have the problem that you now have.
