SEO was enabled in Kunena config but not enabled in Joomla Global Config. Once enabled in both the SEO link was displayed and worked correctly under IE9
But there is still an issue with RSS and non SEO links with IE9

In my laptop with IE9 works just fine from my sites (RSS) (enable that also from global config + .htaccess file)

I do not see SEO links at the problem website. Did you turn off SEO again for some reason? Did you create a .htaccess file? Did you follow the guide?
