I am sorry, I guess this has been solved for many times and there is surely a lot of material concerning this case, but still asking..

So, I integrated old Fireboard 1.04 and Joomla 1.015 to Joomla 1.5.23 and latest Kunena and everything is working fine now. Only thing I am missing is avatars. How could I make them visible/to show? 500 users is kind of hard to edit manually avatar-wise :)

If I try to edit a profile, new avatar is downloaded and works like a charm, but the old ones are missing. Here is some basic info if needed.

Please, not another topic with the subject "avatar problems". Here's a search of what I find when I look for avatar problems: search results . I am sure that your answer is in there somewhere.

There may also be information in the Wiki that explains some of the differences between avatar images in K 1.6 and K 1.5 - I don't know, I haven't looked.

I'm guessing (I just don't know) that if you find where the FB/K 1.5 avatars were stored and copied/migrated them across to K 1.6, that you would not have to edit each user's profile individually. That's the general approach that I would be taking. Maybe you can tell us what you discover in case someone else finds themselves in your situation.

Before you do that, can you please change the subject to something less general than "avatar problems". Thanks.
