Question loading speed of kunena pages

Hi

My kunena forum sometimes is loading very slow takes about 30-50 sec (see the attached screenshot) or even the time is out resulting to 500 internal server errors. What might causing this loading delay? Please also note that I have noticed serious delay when working at the back end administration of Kunena Component ( i.e. at Category Manager ).
