Question Max Signature Setting not working

Hi ^^

I find bug in the max signature setting.

I left the max signature value in default setting (300 char).

But apparently i realized some users have a signature with more than 300 characters in length. I tried to change my own signature, and yes, i can have a signature with more than 300 char.

It's difficult to know whether you have found a bug or you have been able to exploit a bug. I can't be sure. From personal experience, I've never tried to create a signature that has more than 300 characters; it's probably because that is the way it's always been in Kunena all the way back to Fireboard days. But whether this is something that has not been properly attended to, I don't know, and whether it causes operational difficulties that is also something I'm unaware of, too.

What I can say, in response to your configuration report, is that we would recommend that you upgrade to K 1.6.3 and that you, likewise, upgrade Kunena Login 1.6.2 and Kunena Search 1.6.2 if you are using those things.
