Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

So, when users up load an avatar it says that load is successful but the avatar never appears.

My admin Avatar loaded right away, when the first user emailed me asking why theres didn't load i changed the avartar/user directory permission to 777 and it loaded for him, but when I created a user account the problem was there again. The Avatar wont show.

I am new to Kunena, is there something I am missing. Load time, cache, something?

Please help.

Also, the default avatars are not working either.

We do not recommend setting 777 for any Joomla website. This setting is not recommended for installing or running Kunena.

Please read K 1.6 Technical Requirements . The part that recommends "Securing Kunena" is what you should pay attention to, I hope this helps.
