The first thing that I have noticed about your website is that you have not properly setup Joomla SEO. You are missing a .htaccess file! This is important.

Please read the guide in the Wiki: Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

Do that first and see if it improves the situation.

I also think that you would improve matters by upgrading to K 1.6.3.

First of all... Thanks for the help!

I will look into the shortcomings of our SEO setup. I took a look at the wiki as you suggested. We will read it in detail tomorrow. To put this question simply... Is there a direct correlation between a "sub-optimal" SEO setup and the problem our users have had posting pictures? At first, we assumed that the problem was browser related as it seemed to be confined to a rather small group of users. However, over the last 1-2 weeks, the problem has grown to affect more and more users. I previously upgraded kunena to 1.6.3 prior to my first posts tonight. The problem seems better but it still occurs. I have been unable to determine if this improvement is real, perceived or coincidental. Any further information to help us resolve these issues will be greatly appreciated.

There is a direct correlation between not correctly setting up Joomla SEO and 80% of known issues that people have. I don't think in terms of "optimal"; I just do standard.
