Question Some random user cannot upload an avatar

Hi, im having this little problem, randomly some users can upload an avatar, and others not, is not a width or weight limit and the folder where the avatars are uploaded have all the necesary permisions, i need a solution please can anybody help me?

Two advices : update uddeim to 2.2 version and CB to 1.3.1 version and disable legacy mode if you can

When the users report this issue, is there a message at the top of the page ?

And yes, one told just say ERROR, but another one told me it say something about can't read or move the file, but all the folder have the necesary permisions.
