Question Topic name doesn't display if it's more than 14 letters

Topic name doesn't display if it's more than 14 letters, but if there are numbers everything is ok. For example topic "ababababababab" is ok because there are 14 letters, but topic "abababababababa" doesn't display because there are 15 letters. With topic name "11111111111111111111" ( 20 numbers) everything is ok.
At "forum's setup" the maximum length of the topic name is 250 symbols.

Is a bug in my board max length is 14 but in admin pannel is setting 250.

Any fix?

Please note the important notes that accompany the Subject Length setting:

The maximum number supported by the database is 255 characters. If your site is configured to use multi-byte character sets like Unicode, UTF-8 or non-ISO-8599-x, make the maximum smaller using this formula:
round_down(255/(maximum character set byte size per character))
Example: for UTF-8, for which the max. character bite size per character is 4 bytes: 255/4=63.

I wrote 250 so to speak, my board is setting 50 bat number max is 14, so there is one bug

I accept your conclusion that you believe there is a bug. As you can see from this forum, here, subjects can be more than 14 characters long.

I have the same problem

The problem appears only when I use Greek Characters (as I can see; the topic starter Tourist007 uses Cyrillic characters at his/her kunena forum).

Also my server is IIS 6.0

When the topic name is more than 14 characters it doesn't display the topic name (Picture 1 - #1)
When it is less than 14 characters then there is no problem (Picture 1 - #2)

Any suggestions are welcome. And no I can't change server (to Apache), I have to deal with IIS 6.0.
