Question first image upload don't appear

Hi,

I never success to upload image when it is the first image or single image. Those image files can be upload success if they are the second and or after. The abnormal symptom was double "1" file attachment field appear.

Thank you for your response. No I havn't tried other browsers, but it seem has been solved fortunately. The suspected problem was the mootools of Yootheme has been enabled acciently. why have I this kind of guess is because Yootheme 1.5.8 would enable mootools 1.11 javascript library.

Do you think is it a root cause and what are you expected?
