Thank you and good day. I had installed the update but it ruined my template so I had to roll back. I am in the process of setting a test server so I can do this right.
In the meantime, I heard that there was a CSS fix for Google maps? The scale slider is distorted and the top header bar is overlapping the scroll button. If you scroll to the bottom post, you will see the embedded Google Map.

Replied by havocwreaker on topic Need help with Google Maps and template
Hello all,
I had posted in a different thread, but I had not upgraded to 1.6.3 yet. I just finished my upgrade from 1.6.0 and the Google Maps layout is really messed up. Does anyone know what I might need to fix? I don't think it's the Kunena template because I downloaded 3 other themes and they all did the same. I appreciate any help.

I've merged your last question, posted in a different category, with your earlier question. Our advice is still the same. There is no support for K 1.6.0 or for templates that were designd/developed for K 1.6.0. When you have upgraded to K 1.6.3 then we may be able to help you.
Please read the posting guidelines printed at the top of this page.

Then you are not understanding me correctly. I did update the forum to 1.6.3 and installed a 1.6.3 template. it is still doing the same exact thing. After you had instructed me to update to the latest version, I did so. Now that I am current, I should be able to receive assistance.

Would you like to read again the posting guidelines printed at the top of this page, please, and post your K 1.6 configuration report. I'm not saying that I will be able to help you personally but I am saying that If you do not give us certain key information, it makes it much harder for anyone else to help you either.
Have you tried using the standard, unmodified, Blue Eagle (default) template because, as far as I know, the problem reported three months ago was fixed within the Blue Eagle (default) template. You can see this demonstrated, in fact, in our Feature Playground section: see Joomla Articles and Google Maps

Ok, I will do that once I get home. I just figured that since I am not the only one that has had this problem, there was a documented fix. Thanks
