Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Hi,

I'd like our board members to be able to click on a link in my main menu that would take them directly to one section of the forum. However, when I go the Joomla menu manager, there's no option to create a menu type for Section. I tried selecting Category, but in the associated drop-down menu, the sections are all greyed out so I can't select one; see the attached screen capture.

Isn't there a way to create a link to a whole section, as opposed to just a single category?

Go to the Index tab. Find the section that you want to create a link to. Get the URL of the section. Create an external menu link using that URL. Easy.
