Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I notice that you are running Joomla 1.5.22 in legacy mode. Please see the important information regarding
legacy mode
and take steps now to eliminate this potential for problems; Kunena 1.6 has not been tested for legacy mode.
We are missing some piece of information here. Do you receive any messages when you try to upload a new image to your website? Would it be possible to have access to a user account to see if we can examine this issue closer? You can give us the details of the test account by using the confidential tags, like this:

is this the same permission used on all folders?this is the default root : category_images/ the permission are 755
