Question "You cannot delete a message which has already been deleted"

I'm on the 1.6 Stable build and I'm still getting this error. It's set to allow users to Always be able to delete their own posts. I saw a thread regarding this error but it was locked because they were using RC2. I'm not using RC2. Why is this still not working? Almost everything else works fine.

Any thoughts?

Just one remark, you are using the old module latest post, so please uninstall it or remove it from you system.

If i'am remember right, this is a known issue and it's has been fixed in kunena 1.6.1, this will be released soon.

Yeah I didn't have that published, but I uninstalled it anyways. Didn't help this particular issue, but Thanks!
