Kunena 7.0.9 & Kunena 6.4.14 – Security Updates Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.9 [K 7.0.9] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x./6.1.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Hello!

I just made a freah install of Kunena to here:
www.oikeusfoorum.fi/foorumi.html

You see it does not work. Is Joomla! 1.5.21 too freah for Kunena 1.6?

Seems as there is a problem with the SEF. Disabling will help for the moment but is no solution.
I can just say that everything works fine with JoomSEF. If SEF is the problem try JoomSEF.

By the way you should enable the Mootool Upgrade plugin and set your database to UTF to avoid problems with non swedish letters.

The reason your forum is not working has nothing to do with its compatibility with J! 1.5.21. We recommend that users should be running J! 1.5.21.

The reason that your forum is not working is, as haitun has pointed out, you have an issue with Search Engine Optimisation . It is also a good suggestion to use utf8_general_ci for your database if you want to use non-Latin characters.
