Hi.

I found a Swedish language file and saved it under Language/sv-SE.

The text looks like it should but an annoying white space come over the text.

Why?

Hei Jukka,

Language strings should not cause anything like this, but if it is language, you should check if there's something wrong with HTML (caused by language strings). Do other languages work, Finnish? ;)

There can also be issues in your CSS or you can have some JavaScript that causes this.. Hard to know without seeing the site.

Thanks for replying Matias.

Switched back to the English language file an i get the error with that one also.

Will double check the suggestions you gave me.

Jukka

Edit: It is a template issue. Switched to the example template an all look fine now.

I think the problem isn't in the language files (I just tested english, finnish and swedish without any kind of problem quickly)... which button set do you use in Kunena? Or maybe conflict with your Joomla! template? Can you quickly test with Joomla! default template rhuk_milkyway ?

I take Swedish translation from here: www.kunena.com/forum/107-translations/64...for-kunena-160#64770 ... ( I also just done that package possible to install direct via joomla installer because I'm lazy to move language files as there txt is told... ;) :
