Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

I have turned this option off but it won't disappear, any help???

I don't know if this is a defect or a "feature". :lol: I don't know how you can disable this either ... either for K 1.6 or for K 1.5.

From what I can tell, if you are the superadministrator (I haven't checked what happens if you use a different type of account or if you assign an account-id of a different account type as an "announcement moderator") you always get the link to the announcement feature, even if other people can't see the announcements.

Only administrators or announcement admins (configuration option) can see this link.

If it can be seen even if announcements are disabled, we need to fix it..
