People started asking me where they can change the Time Zone they live in. I see here that for my profile i can change my time zone. On my site when i user goes to edit their profile they is no section for them top change their time zone. I as a Super admin have no problem seeing this.

Is there a setting i am missing?

Is there something broken in K 1.6? I would like to know why this is a Support issue. If nothing is faulty as far as you are concerned - and we can't reproduce the problem - what are your users doing?

As a user, I click the Profile tab, click the Edit link, then I see my timezone on the page and I can change and save the changes. There is no special setting, there's no particular ritual that you have to perform, to do this.

Have you tested this out for yourself, using a test user account (not one with admin privileges)? Please let us know the results of your test. Thank you.

I believe you. So, how would you like us to help? Maybe if we had access to your website, with a non-privileged user's account, we could see the symptoms for ourselves. Do you know how to use the confidential tag to provide us with that information?

Also, as this is being handled as a support issue - that is, there is something wrong with your installation that is unlike anything we have experienced elsewhere before (and there are no other reports that this situation is affecting other users) - we really need to see your configuration report to see what you have done. Having this information saves us the task of asking for it.
