Question Quick Reply and Forum Tools not working

I got the same error that NicholasJohn16 did with version 1.5. Neither Forum tools, nor quick reply works. I've tried to turn off the plugins one by one to see if one doesn't work with the other, but I didn't get smarter. More info: there's a Jomsocial(1.8. and a Gavick (Partyfreak 2.0.1) template installed, too.

Any idea?
