Question 1.6. RC2 causing db to hang..

Hi, after installed RC2 foroum always hangs.

i have to restart mysql/apache to start working again, but after a few minutes I have the same problem..

I'm having a serious trouble with this..
Any help highly appreciated.

htaccess: Exists <--- check this is the correct one for joomla SEF component.

recommended php and sql versions: ( this is my versions so i know they work fine )

PHP Version: 5.2.14

mysql version: 5.1.47

apache version: 2.2.16


thats as much help as i can give you will the limited version of the configuration that i can see as i am NOT a moderator here but just a user.
