Kunena 7.0.4 Released
The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.

Can you reproduce it in FireFox? Install firebug and watch what happens in Net tab when you write something. It should reveal all the AJAX requests and replies (what's the content?).

I tested in Firefox and Chrome and I realized that the preview function when text is simple:
It does not work when an article that contains images, videos and <li>:
The funny thing is that the preview works in both cases when you create a theme for the first time. Do not show the preview when you go to edit an article.

Which version of Kunena are you using (config report)?
We have fixed issue like this to one of the last versions (I don't remember which one).

I have installed the latest version of Kunena (1.7.1) with Joomla 1.7.3
