The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0
Topics that are moved into this category are generally considered to be closed. Users may want to add additional information but these topics should not be resurrected in order to discuss new problems or unrelated matters.
Question
Trash manager doesn't show all deleted replies.
My trash manager doesn't show all replies marked for permanent deletion. After a few tests I came up to the following steps to generate this problem:
- Delete a whole topic with let say 15 replies.
- Restore the original topic + the first 2 replies.
At this stage the topic is restored and 2 replies are shown to normal users. The other 13 replies are marked for restore or permanent deletion. But these 13 replies don't show up in the Trash Manager, so you have to click on the permanent delete button 13 times to get rid of these replies.
Or am I doing something wrong or missed something?
I'm using the latest versions of Joomla and Kunena.
The problem is that not all methods of deleting puts it into the trash.
If you follow the steps I described, you will find that there are a few deleted posts that aren't shown in the trash manager. So to get rid of them permanently you have to go look them up in the correct topic and push the permanently delete button.
