Helloo i have created a user group called "clanmember"
and also an access level called "Clanmember"
the group is set under "public"
and the access lever is set to include the group "clanmember"
Then i have set the forum category to have group access to "clanmember" and i cant see the forum even though the user is in the clanmember and registered groups.
then i switch the forum right to access levels to clanmember and now it shows.. but it also show to all the other registered normal members.
how can i only lock it to be only for the group "clanmember"
You can test how the access level works from changing some menu item to the same access level and check if user can see it. The behavior should be identical in Kunena (after logout/login as it's cached to the session).
So the visual structure is like this:
Public
* Clanmember
* Registered
** Editor
In my thinking it should work just fine: if your access level has only that one group, only those users should have access.
