Hi,

I am not sure to post in the good category and I am really sorry if not.
I dont speak english very well but i try...

I have a website with joomla 1.5 and kunena 1.6 and noixacl install.
i have no problem with the function, all is working.
but since few days i have sometime a message to say that its impossible to connect to the website because the 50000 sql querry per hour are done so we must wait...

I have put the website in debug mode and I see that all page in the forum use around 75 sql querry, is it normal a so big number ?

So i have try on another server a new website, with nothing inside, in joomla 1.7 and kunena 1.7, no modules. The forum has no message and I get the same number : 75 sql querry.

I need to know if its normal ? if there is any trouble ?

How many sql querry do i need to use the forum quietly when i have only 250 members ???

Please Enable the Joomla! Debug mode and you can see which things are doing those "75" queries. I have not in my testsite(J!1.7.1 & K 1.7.0) that amount of queries. Site - Global Configuration - System - Debug System and in "Server" tab - Error Reporting to maximum.

So i have try on another server a new website, with nothing inside, in joomla 1.7 and kunena 1.7, no modules. The forum has no message and I get the same number : 75 sql querry.

Joomla and Kunena 1.6 use pretty many queries, but 75 sounds a lot. Remember that many of the modules, some plugins and NoixACL also use queries.

BTW: you should really stop using NoixACL as it's not supported anymore and full of very bad security issues.
