Question 500 server error when uploading attachments [solved]

Below is all the config particulars, yet this is something that I can't seem to replicate (perhaps with me being admin).

OK, so I have a user who's an author rank who's trying to upload some images through the attachments system on Kunena. Everything seems to be in order until he submits his post and he receives this message:

500 internal server error
Fatal error was detected
please contact the site owner

What I don't get is how I can upload images and files fine and he can't. Is there something I'm missing in the settings or is there something more sinister at work?

Can-you enable debug mode please in Kunena configuration panel and Joomla! configuration panel

It's ok,my web host was simply changing over some server settings without informing me of them so it's resolved itself now.
