Kunena 7.0.4 Released

The Kunena team has announce the arrival of Kunena 7.0.4 [K 7.0.4] in stable which is now available for download as a native Joomla extension for J! 5.4.x/6.0.x. This version addresses most of the issues that were discovered in K 6.2 / K 6.3 / K 6.4 and issues discovered during the last development stages of K 7.0

Fatal error 500 after fresh install was created by Amema
All went well and looks good, but clicking the config button in backend gives:

Fatal Error: Call to a member function getCfg() on a non-object in components/com_comprofiler/plugin.foundation.php on line 3228

The error was detected in the Comprofiler Component.

I'm running j1.7 and K 1.6.5.


This only seems to apply to the config button - the rest gives normal looking stuff.


I guess I'll just upload the config file again and see what happens...

You get this error, because you have community builder installed. But cb is not working on j17. until They release the new version.

Nope. Only have:
  • ProjectFork
  • AdminTools
  • Fox contactmenu
  • Akeeba

The site is fresh, non-official and in the build up phase.

BTW, I got the same fatal error in User Manager after syncing. Looked good before syncing. Same line and all.

try to set all integrations to kunena, in the kunena configuration settings

Uninstalled Kunena again and also the Fox contact component that - sloppily - was of older date. Nevertheless, I get the same error after re-installing. Not together with Fox this time.

Next uninstalling will be... ProjectFork, I think.
