Question Profil-save error without adding a signatur

Hi,

my new website is ready, but i found a crazy bug in my site..

when i change my profil i only can save, when i add a signature. Else the save button only changes the color
and dont make anymore (nothing is stored).

When i add a signature it works...

has anyone a idea about this?

have you tried to save with Blue Eagle(default) template?

Looks like template you are using is a bit old.

i found the half reason , the problem is the rockettheme template.
They write i should deaktivate "Build Titles Spans" but its deaktivatet all times.

The Problem ist following:
I must write a signature into the field. Then it works, when its empty it dont works.

Only at IE it works. With firefox and opera not.

With blue Eagle (default) it dont works with my new template, with Beez or a a default joomla template it works

This serious bug seems still in K1.7 !!!

Can we see your configuration report, please? You tacked your question on to a topic that related to K 1.6.4 which, as you know, is not supported. Thanks.

Hi I have the same problem, using Blue Eagle default template. I am not using latest Blue Eagle template (1.7.0) I am using Blue eagle 1.6.3, as with the latest one there seemed to be some css issues on my site...

You can't save profile edit with signature field blank - box goes red but there is no message to say field requied or anything...
